Return/Refund Policy
When you receive your package(s), please inspect the package and contents immediately. If the product(s) are damaged, please advise within 24 hrs. at CustomerService@Mummbly.ca. Damaged product(s) will be replaced.
Product will be shipped within three business days upon receipt of payment. All products have been inspected prior to shipping and are warranted for 30 days from receipt of invoice against manufactures defect. Original receipt required. No refund will be issued without the original receipt. We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been subject to abuse, mishandling or other circumstances beyond our control. Please return the entire product with all contents if you are requesting a refund or replacement. We do our very best to keep our customers happy.
Please allow five business days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail confirming that your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Important Notes Regarding Returns & Exchanges
If product is returned in "as-new" condition within 30 days of purchase, a credit (less shipping and handling) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item. Do not ship the product(s) back until we have issued you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Mummbly Guyz Inc.
To avoid damage, products should be re-packed with original packing material as items that are poorly packed are often damaged in the shipping process. If we receive returned merchandise that is damaged in transit, we will refuse the shipment and withhold and cancel the refund. It is the shipping party's responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments with the shipping carrier used to return products.
When returning product, please provide the following information.
- Indicate the action you would like us to take and the reason for return.
- Provide your e-mail address, name and phone number so that we may contact you if there are delays in processing your return.
- Pack the items securely in the original box.
- Affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the box.
- Affix the Return Merchandise Authorization number to the outside of the box.
- Bring the package to the Courier service outlet that delivered the product.
