Mummbly Chance - is a low score game that involves flipping
down a numbered block or any one combination of numbered blocks according to the total of the die or dice toss.
Object of the game…
Is to get the lowest score by flipping down all the numbered blocks. A player gets “Mummbly” when he or she flips down all the numbered blocks.
How to play the game…
1. Remove the card set and place next to board game.
2. Set-up board game with all the numbered blocks flipped up and the dice placed in the
middle of board game.
3. Choose a first player, second player etc. by having all players toss a die. The
player with the lowest number on die goes first.
4. First player tosses the dice onto the board game surface and then flips down one or
any one combination of numbered blocks that add-up
to the total of the dice toss.
(Example - if the total of dice toss is 7, then player may flip down the numbered
block 7 or the
numbered blocks 6 & 1, 5 & 2, 4 & 3 or 4, 2 & 1.) Player continues
tossing the die or dice until he or she cannot flip down any
more numbered blocks.
5. When players turn is over, then he or she add-up the remaining flipped up
numbered block(s) to get a score. (Example – if numbered
blocks 3 and 6 are
flipped up, player adds 3+6 for a total of 9.) Player then flips up all numbered
blocks and passes board game to
the next player.
6. You continue the game with as many rounds as you choose.
7. The player with the lowest score at the end of each round wins.
8. If there is a tie, these players will play again according to the above rules until only
one player wins the game.
Note…
If numbered block 7 or higher is "flipped up," player must use two dice. If numbered block 6 or lower is "flipped up," player can use one die with the other die put aside and can be used again if it's still players turn.” Any numbered block that is flipped down cannot be used again.”
